As someone who 1) has not played any prior Sherlock Holmes games, and 2) has not read any of the books (I know, I'm sorry), I *thoroughly enjoyed* this game and give it a hearty recommendation!
Pros:- Loved the characters! Holmes, Watson, and all the suspects and supporting characters do an excellent job of making the world feel alive and believable.
