If everything you want out of this game is more recipes, more food, a lot of food action and more como-possibilities, you got it.
Unfortunately, this game lacks some key aspects that made CSD 1 a truly charming game. While the graphics in this game are often quite beautiful, they still feel somewhat flash-gamey, I don't know how to describe it better. Where the old e-mail where short and quirky or gave you interaction possibilities - crazy dave, click n fund, cook4love - the -e-mails in this game feel like a chore which is really sad for me. Even the St3@m achievements make clear that a lot has been lost, it's all about winning gold medals for a perfect day. The whole game is a lot less intuitive than the old one, it's harder to get in the flow and the concept is harder to understand. My biggest complaint is this: The old game felt very personal. This one feels very generic, with its only upside being the beautiful artwork on the food. But artwork alone istn't enough.
