This might be the best grand strategy ever.
Very deep political gameplay and a complex military system makes this game incredibly inticing.
Drooling graphics fans will not find much here but for those interested in history and politics on a high level there is most certainly a great game here.
The engine is ridiculously moddable and brings us everything between simple taxes and investment mods to enormous interwar and cold-war mods, both from the community and by the developers themselves.
There is plenty of alternate history scenarios.
Play as a major power and win world war II as a communist Germany allied with the USSR.
Play as a minor power and align yourself with one of the blocs as a usually neutral country such as Sweden or Switzerland.
Rush to develop air and armor in WWI or rush to develop rockets and nukes in WWII.
Great gameplay.
Great replayability.
Graphics could be better but for ♥♥♥♥s sake, if that's a dealbreaker for anyone they can go shove it.
